1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Returns for products damaged due to improper use or accidents are not eligible.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

- Ship the Item: Include the RA number on your return label and ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Receive Confirmation: We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. You can then place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
